UrbanHood is a registered brand operated from India. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to UrbanHood. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms, which apply to all users including browsers, vendors, customers, and affiliates.

2. Eligibility

To use our website or place an order, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or misuse of offers.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments through major debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • COD orders do not qualify for any active discounts.

  • Use of discount codes (e.g., PREPAID50) must comply with their specific terms. Misuse may lead to cancellation of the order.

4. Order Acceptance & Fulfilment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or shipping limitations.

  • Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after 2 hours.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours.

  • Delivery time typically ranges from 5–9 working days, depending on your location.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen issues beyond our control.

6. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • We do not entertain returns for reasons like “no longer needed” or “changed my mind”.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting necessary details.

8. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to display product images, sizes, and specifications as accurately as possible.

  • However, slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to lighting or manufacturing updates.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, images, designs, and text) is the property of Urbanhood and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
